Princes Highway, Unanderra
Our development on the Princes Highway in Unanderra, is now officially complete. Strategically positioned for maximum visibility and accessibility, this modern commercial and industrial complex has been delivered as a vital hub for regional industry. Following a successful construction phase, we have now completed the site and officially handed it over to our leasing client, Coregas. We look forward to seeing this state-of-the-art facility support their operations in the Illawarra.
Reddall Parade, Mount Warrigal
Our new project on Reddall Parade, Mount Warrigal is underway. We will be sharing more of this residential project in the coming months.
Tullimbar Rise
Tullimbar Rise, our residential subdivision in Tullimbar, continues to flourish. Offering 30 residential lots with stunning views of the Illawarra escarpment, this development provides the perfect balance of serene rural living with convenient access to urban amenities.
